There is an additional bathroom with bath and shower over and two separate WCs.
There is a large living dining area and brand new American-style kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
We have a spacious terrace area with additional dining facilities for alfresco dining during the summer.
In the basement we have a lock-up garage and lock-up cellar area for storing and maintaining equipment.
